📍 Southwell Rd, Dallas, TX 75229. This is our self-owned facility (not a partner warehouse) ensuring full control and accountability. Dallas is centrally located, helping cut 6-12% on shipping costs and significantly improving turnaround times.

No minimums! We work with sellers of all sizes—from those just getting started to those shipping hundreds of orders daily. A $200 deposit is required to set up your account and integrate systems. All operations are prepaid.

We provide shipping labels at cost with no markup. Real-time pricing available through our internal rate sheet and PirateShip calculator. We recommend PirateShip/Shippo with USPS Ground Advantage (includes $100 insurance).

Yes! We use Base.com for WMS integration - your orders flow automatically. We also maintain dedicated WhatsApp groups for real-time daily coordination. Setup takes 2-3 business days after onboarding.

We process returns at the same rate - $1 per SKU. You can choose to restock, dispose, or inspect returns based on your SOPs. Easy, clean reverse logistics handled seamlessly.

Our model is built for fast turnover. If goods don't move within 15 days and no extension is requested, we may forfeit or destroy goods without prior notice, with a penalty of $5 per day. To extend: Request 2 days prior to deadline.

✅ Yes. We support freight consolidation from Delhi to Dallas using our account. Costs approximately $5 per KG (ex-Delhi to ex-Dallas). Saves you from shipping coordination hassles and reduces your logistics burden.

✅ Absolutely. We handle packages 5-30KG, rug rolls, folded rugs, custom labeling and packaging. We also manage jewelry up to $2500 per piece, and offer custom SOPs at $10 per task (under 15 minutes).

✅ Yes, our facility is protected under fire & general liability insurance. Once onboarded, you can use the Dallas address as your U.S. return location and sender address for outbound orders.

✅ Yes. Daily updates via WhatsApp groups, Google Sheets inventory tracking, WMS dashboard, and formal email reports. For unsold inventory, we connect you to resellers or buy stock directly. Typically recover 5% of landed cost.
